Josh spends the time to get to know our clients personally so he can provide the best possible guidance. This personal approach allows him to help clients identify their next potential career path based on their passions and strengths, regardless of the industry. He then gives his clients the tools to help them make that career move. Josh's clients have received job offers that have allowed them to both advance and transition their career.
The job search can be stressful. Working with a career coach and an interview coach can make it a lot easier. Josh helps his clients show their key strengths and accomplishments as transferrable skills that can be used to provide value to a new position or organization. In a one-on-one setting, Josh will review your work history, education, strengths, accomplishments, problem areas, skills, values, motivations and goals. He then works with you to craft a story that tells an interviewer exactly why you are the right choice for that new position and how you would add value immediately.
